Set in the beautiful town of Hermanus, South Africa. Where we are blessed with heart warming people, spectacular scenery, and what we like to call Champagne Air. The phrase "Champagne Air" was coined in 1900, when doctors as far away as London would prescribe a visit to Hermanus to their clients as a form of healing. Nothing much has changed since then, a trip to Hermanus is a gift to the soul.
