Since then, Tammy has dedicated herself to studying and advancing her knowledge of breathwork, equipping herself with a variety of techniques to help individuals reconnect with their true selves and live a more authentic life. After studying Civil Engineering and working in corporate consulting for the majority of his career, Simon found his life path transformed in 2017 after participating in his first conscious breathing session.
This powerful experience ignited a passion for breathwork that led him to become a certified Breathwork Practitioner and partner at Breathwork Africa.
