About Mayura Life
Mayura Life was founded in 2020 with a mission to assist professionals in managing stress by utilising the power of their breath. We developed a library of videos to enable busy professionals to participate in a quick breathing technique, an awareness meditation, or desktop yoga. The videos are arranged according to the expected physical or mental challenge.
Research has shown that as little as 5 minutes of practising a breath technique has a positive effect on an individual's mental and physical state.
Mayura Life has since presented to many corporate companies, offering informative and impactful presentations on the science of breathwork, including techniques to enhance their work-life balance, both in-person and online.

Since moving to the quiet coastal town of Hermanus, Western Cape, Mayura Life now runs more in-person workshops with individuals from the community in beautiful surroundings such as the Fernkloof Nature Reserve.
